It was the classic case of love at first sight when Gainesville, Ga., running back Imani Cross visited Tennessee in early February. The 6-foot-1, 220-pound back came to Knoxville only to be surprised by what he saw.
 
"I came in this month. I was in town about two, three weeks ago," Cross said of his first visit to Tennessee. "It was beautiful. It was something that caught me by surprise totally."
 
Cross, who's older brother, Izaan, plays defensive end at Georgia Tech, wasn't expecting to be wowed over on his first trip to Tennessee's campus.
