Milton (Ga.) defensive end Josh Manley spent a few hours of his spring break on Wednesday visiting Georgia Tech to watch the Yellow Jackets go through spring practice. The talented defender has a few verbal offers, but those schools aren't necessarily the ones on top of his leader board.
