The NIKE Elite 11 Quarterback Camp in State College, Pa., took place on Friday on the campus of Penn State University. It seems unlikely any of the competitors will make this year's Elite 11 based on the performances of the day, but there are a few top candidates from the class of 2013, including New Jersey's Kevin Olsen.
