This off-season, St. Peter's Prep's Michael Giacone has established himself as one of Rutgers' top in-state targets in the class of 2012. The 6-foot-5 tight end scooped up an RU offer in late-April and since then has continued cultivating a strong relationship with new Rutgers assistant coach Jeff Hafley.
