When Duke received a verbal commitment from Owings Mills (Md.) McDonogh defensive end Allen Jackson much earlier this year the Blue Devils knew they were getting a talent. Now that Jackson has spent the last several months packing on some weight and developing in the weight room, he looks like an even bigger pick up.
