SU headed to Oklahoma?
West Virginia leaves the Big East next year as they head to the Big 12. With that move it leaves Syracuse with an extra hole on its schedule and that means the Orange has two spots to fill.
One of those spots might get filled by Temple, who could join the league next year. It is that second game that has the rumor mills moving though. In those rumors it has Syracuse playing Oklahoma.
CuseConfidential.com spoke with a reliable source about the matter. They said that there has not been anything set in stone with the Sooners. However, the source did say that Syracuse has had talks with Oklahoma about a game and that the Orange would have no problem playing on the road at Oklahoma.
There were also initial talks with the Arkansas Razorbacks about a game, but after the initial conversation there was no movement.
With all of that being said there are still two spots left for the Orange on next season's schedule.
