West Virginia continues to fill out the remainder of the 2013 recruiting class and an all-purpose athlete from Delray Beach (Fla.) Atlantic with connections to the program is planning a visit to Morgantown.

Brisly Estime, 5-foot-9, 165-pounds, is a speedster that has the ability to play either offense or defense on the college level and he's being recruited as both by a number of programs.

"It doesn't really matter what side of the ball, I'm going to make plays," he said.
