Over on the Rutgers board, a Scarlet Knight booster writes this about Syracuse:

"The only thing going for them is moving to the ACC with RU relaggated to a midmajor will open Jersey back up...

Beside that = ZERO."

You see the problem. There's almost no way to guess that "relaggated" is what anyone who went beyond third grade would mean by "relegated."

On the Stanford board some time ago there was a "translation guide" that helps with reading posts like this. It tells you to try the following substitutions:

THEIR = THERE or THEY'RE

THERE = THEY'RE or THEIR

THEY'RE = THEIR or THERE

ITS = IT'S

IT'S = ITS

YOUR = YOU'RE

YOU'RE = YOUR

TEAM'S = TEAMS ("THEIR ARE TWO TEAM'S TYED FOR FIRST")

TEAMS = TEAM'S ("THEY'RE TEAMS COACH IS SCHIANO")

TO = TOO ("THERE LINE MEN ARE BIG, BUT THEIR NOT TO FAST")

TOO = TO ("THERE TEAMS COACH IS PAYD TO MUCH")

The guide only works for posts written by those who actually went to Rutgers. Other's are relaggated to a seperite part of the bord.
