McDaniels rattled off a variety of reasons why Syracuse already feels like home to him.

"How easily accessible I am to my classes and what the camp environment is like," McDaniels said in a previous interview. “The culture Syracuse has, also how well I would fit in."

On the offensive side of the ball, McDaniels finished with 744 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Defensively, he had 34 tackles and three interceptions.
