Podcast: 2024 QB Jacob Zamot talks Syracuse visit

2024 quarterback Jacob Zamot is one of the top signal callers in New Jersey. The Millville (NJ) High star holds five offers, and continues to be in touch with Syracuse. The Orange invited him on campus over the weekend to watch SU's 48-7 win over Western Michigan with a contingent of his teammates, including his brother, Joseph, a 2025 linebacker.

I spoke with Zamot on this week's The Juice on the Cuse Podcast, presented by Rivals.com, and we discussed his trip to SU, how his season is going at Millville, the latest on his recruitment, and what he's hearing from the Syracuse coaching staff.

"The trip was great. I've been to Syracuse a few times prior. Every time I go up there, I have a great time. The coaches treat me well. The facilities are awesome and they're a good football team. It's always awesome going to Syracuse."

Afterward, editor-in-chief Brad Bierman calls in to discuss Syracuse's win over Western Michigan, and takes a look ahead to a critical matchup against Purdue. A win would be a huge step toward bowl eligibility as they face their first true test of the season.
