Syracuse received commitments from 2024 brothers Trashon Dye and Travon Dye on Saturday. The brothers play for Passaic County (NJ) Technical Institute, and are both linebacker/EDGE. "Being able to commit to Syracuse is an extreme blessing but to be able to play with my brother is a even better one we’ve been playing together since we were 10 years old," Travon Dye said to our Charles Kang. "The chemistry we are able to possess on the field with one another is like no other."

The Orange is pursuing one of the elite quarterbacks in the 2024 class in Jayden Bradford. The four-star quarterback from IMG Academy (FL) named a top three of Penn State, NC State and South Carolina with Rivals' Ryan Wright. But Syracuse offensive coordinator Jason Beck continues to push for Bradford. "I will try to get up to Syracuse whenever I can," he said.

Syracuse extended an offer to 2025 ATH Naiim Parrish on Thursday with Nunzio Campanile as the lead recruiter. That adds to a list that includes Boston College, Penn State and Duke. Our Charles Kang spoke with Parrish after he received his offer, and said he thought highly of the Orange because two of his former teammates at Bergen (NJ) Catholic (Jaeden Gould and Jayden Bellamy) are playing with SU this upcoming season. "It was amazing knowing that I’m getting recognized by this school," he tells Kang.

Coach Campanile was busy with Bergen High, as he also extended an offer to 2026 defensive back Jordan Thomas. It is Thomas' first Div. I offer. Our Charles Kang spoke to him, and he said SU's offer was "like a dream come true. I was lost for words."

Syracuse was the 10th school to offer 2024 running back Gideon Ituka from Gaithersburg (MD) High. "I think it's a good program with something special," he tells our Charles Kang. Boston College, Liberty, Maryland and Tennessee are among his offers.

Another elite prospect the Orange offered is 2025 wide receiver David Rodriguez. The Rhode Island recruit recently reclassified from 2026, and already holds offers from Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Penn State, and many others. He has previously visited the Syracuse campus, and told our Charles Kang that he "loved Syracuse when I went to their game against Purdue."

Syracuse offered 2024 ATH Trevor Szymanski. The 6'5", 270-pound prospect plays both offensive and defensive line for Loyola Blakefield (MD), and is being recruited as an offensive lineman by the Orange. He puts SU in his top four, he told our Charles Kang. His other offers include Maryland, Pitt and West Virginia.

The Orange extended an offer to 2024 DB Adrian Laing from Paramus (NJ) Catholic. His offer list includes Boston College, Maryland and Michigan State.

Syracuse offered Friendship Collegiate Academy (DC) defensive lineman De'Andre Cook on Friday. The three-star lineman holds roughly 20 offers, including Maryland, Michigan State, North Carolina, Pitt, Rutgers and USC.

Three-star Michigan running back CJ Hibbler was offered by Syracuse earlier in the year, and he released a top 8 over the weekend. The Orange made the cut, along with Kentucky, Louisville, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Maryland, BYU, Michigan State, and UNLV. Our Charles Kang spoke with Hibbler about including SU in his top 8, and he said he "loves the coaching staff."
