Georgia transfer wide receiver Mekhi Mews will take an official visit to Syracuse this weekend, he announced on social media.
Mews entered the transfer portal earlier in the month and received an offer from Syracuse on Dec. 8. He also holds transfer offers from Georgia Tech, Jacksonville State and East Carolina.
Mews appeared in all 13 games this season for Georgia, and was also a main contributor on kickoffs and punt returns.
He returned a punt for a touchdown in September against Ball State, and finished with 205 punt return yards and 402 kick return yards. On offense, he amassed 13 receptions for 155 yards and a touchdown.
Mews has two years of eligibility remaining as a redshirt sophomore.
