The Juice Online: What did Coach Babers say to the team (trailing) at halftime?

Isaiah Johnson: He was just letting us know that we were in it. There were a few plays that we let get away from us in the first half, and he know that if we just kept on fighting, and kept hitting them in the mouth like we were trying to do in the first half, and if we really believed in the system and the scheme we had already put in place and fix a few of those mistakes that we let up, it was going to be a different game in the second half. Also, obviously, as you saw in the second half, as a defense, we had to get turnovers. We had to get turnovers, we had to make some plays on our end and that was going to change the game and open it up for us.

TJO: Talk about your play as the season has progressed.

IJ: I just got more comfortable. Last year, I felt like it took me a little while to get comfortable and transition. This year, I've been slowly growing every game and trying to focus and taking all of the coaching I've gotten from Coach Fisher when he came in and taking in all the study I do in the film room and believing in my team and trusting in the scheme that the coaches my teammates practiced throughout the week. It was one of those things where we came in this game knowing exactly what they wanted to do, so it was just once you see it, just go make a play.

TJO: What's the mood like in the locker room after the win?

IJ: To put it simply, we're on Cloud 9. Everybody's feeling really good, but we still know we have a job to do. The job ain't done. This win feels good. We snapped the streak. We can go back and watch it, we can learn from it and we've got GT on the clock.
