Podcast: Evans Chuba talks Syracuse interest and visit

Clearwater (FL) Academy quarterback Evans Chuba is one of the fastest rising prospects in 2024. In May alone, he's picked up double-digit offers.

Syracuse is one of the schools showing significant interest in the Canadian signal caller, with offensive coordinator Jason Beck as the primary recruiter. Beck was down in Florida to watch Chuba recently, and Chuba has an official visit scheduled with the Orange.

I spoke with Chuba on this week's The Juice on the Cuse Podcast, presented by Rivals.com, and spoke in-depth about his Syracuse interest, upcoming visit, his relationship with Beck and what schools are recruiting him hardest at the moment.

Afterward, I chat with JUCO offensive lineman Issiah Walker. Walker recently obtained his release from Purdue, and the former Florida Gator and Miami Hurricane was offered by the Orange on Friday. He talks about his interest in the Orange and about his primary recruiter, offensive line coach Steve Farmer.
