Syracuse head coach Fran Brown appears to have found his defensive coordinator.
According to a report from Billy Liucci of TexAgs.com, Elijah Robinson will join Brown's staff with the Orange.
Robinson was the interim head coach following the dismissal of Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M. He is considered one of the top recruiters in college football with extensive ties to the northeast and specifically New Jersey.
He had Brown overlapped at Baylor when Robinson was a defensive line coach and Brown was coaching defensive backs, and also at Temple.
The Camden, NJ native played at Penn State from 2004-08, and was an all-state and all-south Jersey selection at Woodrow Wilson High.
