2025 ATH Bo MacCormack commits to Syracuse

Syracuse landed a commitment from 2025 running back Bo MacCormack, he announced on social media.

"Loved the coaching staff and the way they do things," MacCormack said of his decision to commit to The Juice Online.

MacCormack, who has an official visit scheduled for the weekend of May 31, was on an unofficial visit on Thursday when he pledged to the Orange.

"The whole visit was great, to be honest," MacCormack said.

He selected SU over a double-digit offer sheet that included Rutgers, Boston College and Nebraska.

MacCormack is coming off a season where he led Buckingham Browne in Massachusetts to a 7-2 record. In a game against Tabor, he rushed for 430 yards and eight touchdowns on 41 carries.

MacCormack has the versatility to play receiver and defensive back (he plays baseball, too, for good measure), but he projects as a running back at the next level.

MacCormack was offered by SU earlier in March and spoke glowingly about it.

"I think it’s a great school," MacCormack said in a previous interview. "Super excited about it."
