Buffalo transfer defensive back Devin Grant commits to Syracuse

Buffalo transfer defensive back Devin Grant committed to Syracuse on Monday afternoon, he announced on social media.

Grant entered the portal earlier in December and picked up offers from Oklahoma State, Michigan State and Vanderbilt.

Grant was a 2023 All-MAC First Team selection, leading the conference with five interceptions go with 79 tackles, two fumble recoveries and eight PBUs.

Grant's defensive coordinator at Buffalo, Robert Wright, is now currently the linebackers coach at SU.
