Syracuse junior forward Benny Williams has been dismissed from the team, according to a release from the University.
"Everyone involved with the program wishes Benny the best," the statement read.
No reason was given for the dismissal.

Williams had been suspended for the first two games of the season because of a violation of team rules.
Williams was averaging 5.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in the 18 games he appeared in.
Syracuse (14-8, 5-6 ACC) will host Louisville (7-15, 2-9) on Wednesday.
