Syracuse Recruiting Roundup: October 30, 2023

The Syracuse coaching staff continued to be on the recruiting trail this week, with several offers going out. Here's a roundup of what's happened in the past week.

One of the top quarterback prospects in the 2025 class is Spring Ford's (PA) Matt Zollers. He holds offers from Pittsburgh and Old Dominion, and on last, the Rivals four-star signal caller picked up his third offer from Syracuse with offensive coordinator Jason Beck as the lead recruiter.

Syracuse offered Pope John (NJ) star Tyler Houser last week. The linebacker visited Central New York in April for SU's spring practice, and said to The Juice Online that receiving the offer felt 'amazing.'

2025 offensive lineman Griffin Rousseau received an offer from Syracuse last week, with running backs coach Mike Lynch as the lead recruiter. "It feels awesome," Rousseau said to The Juice Online. "I’m super excited."

2025 ATH Andre Lovett is one of the most highly touted prospects in the midwest, and the three-sport star continues to hear from Syracuse. "The communication has been good," Lovett said to The Juice Online.

Syracuse extended an offer tom 2026 defensive back Zaiden McDonald last week. The Shabazz (NJ) product already holds offers from high-majors Boston College, Duke, Penn State, and Maryland.
